When will your website be fixed so I can upgrade?


I'm trying to pay with a credit card - it won't go past the review your order stage. I've tried on two computers and in three different browsers.
I would love to buy this, soon!

Hello Deb,

once you go to the payment page, it's all handled by PayPal and we have no influence on any errors at this point.

Still, we would gladly assist you if you could clarify what happens exactly if you try to pay - do you see any error messages (what do they say)? Do you get redirected somewhere else?
