Unable to Upgrade to Premium


After repeated attempts to pay the $29 annual fee to become premium with Todoist, I keep getting an error from Paypal stating that Paypal is unable to complete the transcation. I suspect that the error resides on Todoist's paypal account as I have more than enough funds in mine to cover the payment.

Let me know what I can do to become a premium user of Todoist. I am excited to use it to its fullest! Thanks so much!

Hello Amitab,

on some rare occasions, the browser may cause such issue. We've had similar reports in the past and so far, using a different browser helped. We're not sure why this issue occurs, but it seems that PayPal may have a glitch which returns unexpected errors in some browsers.

Please try to pay using a different browser and if the issue persists, let us know what error message do you see.
