I can't login in the iPhone app... What's wrong?


I entered my email address and the correct password, but the app gets stuck on the loading screen. When I go to my home screen, then back into the app, it invariably tells me either my email or password is incorrect.

I really like the web interface and features, but having access from my phone is crucial... how can I make this work?

Update: tried it again for the umpteenth time and it finally logged in.

Follow up question:
The interface is a bit clunky and lacks the graceful simplicity and intuitiveness of the web interface. Also, it would be nice to be able to move tasks up and down their lists. Can we expect an update soon?

Hello Eli,

there's been an issue with our domain host (GoDaddy) which made millions of website inaccessible ( http://techcrunch.com/2012/09/10/godaddy-outage-takes-down-millions-of-sites/ ) incl. Todoist and it's possible that you might have experienced this issue because of this problem.

As for your second question, we will soon release a brand new great app for iOS (as well as Android). We're currently running a beta, it will be published in the nearest future and include many features from the web-app and a fantastic design.
