Premium upgrade account


My Premium upgrade isn´t new. Since last year I made this option because I love this solution. But unfortunately I can´t use it as a Premium user. I´ve tried all you recomended with no results. I´d like to suggest you to reset my account to have my game back if as possible.

Hello Charles,

according to our database, you have an active Todoist Premium account until August 1st, 2014 (linked to the email address you've used to post this message).

If you can't access the Premium features, please log out, clear your browser's cache and offline data, reload the browser and log back in.

If this won't help, try to use at least one different browser and try to add a task note or perform an in-task search (q: task name) and tell me - which browsers did you use.

Also, if you go to Preferences -> Todoist Premium, do you see an expiration date for your Todoist Premium membership?
