Hello Marc,

if the task structure you want to move consists of a parent task and many sub-tasks, moving the parent task should also move all it's children right away.

If that's not the case, you can use the multi-select option. To do so, press and hold down the CTRL key (or Shift - either works) and then start clicking on the tasks you'd like to select. Once you do, you will see a couple of options for the whole group of selected tasks at the top of the screen. One of them will be "Move to project".

Best regards,
David

Hi David, tks for the answer but this not exactly what I need let's give you a very simple example

Task 1
Subtask 11
Subtask 12
Task 2
Task 3

What I want to do is move task 2 and 3 under the subtask 11 and 12 all together.

Marc,

if you want to reorder tasks 2 and 3, you can so so by dragging and dropping them. See how it works in this short video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhumUr8kY6I

Then, if you want to indent them, click each of them and use the Ctrl+RightArrow shortcut or the indent icons on the right side of the task input field.

Alternatively, while you use the drag & drop feature and "grab" a task, press the number keys 1, 2, 3 or 4 while holding it to change its indent level.

Best regards,
David

Marc,

yes, these methods should work in all our products, but please keep in mind that indenting tasks is only possible in a project view and the default view of our plugins/extensions is "today, overdue" so you'll need to access a project first.

David
