I don't get my daily emails, why?


For a while now I do not receive the daily emails and I didn't unsubscribed. Could you please look after, what happened?

please tell me - have you tried checking your web-mailer's spam box to make sure they haven't been filtered out? Also, do you have tasks due in the upcoming days or have checked off tasks recently (the Daily Digest is not being sent out if there's no recent or upcoming activity)?

If neither applies, you could try to use the "Click here to unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each such mail and you'll be redirected to a page asking you to confirm or choose the option to re-subscribe if you've clicked it by mistake. Please use this option and let me know if re-subscribing solves this issue.

Hello David,

I've checked the Spam folder, but it was empty and since I use Todoist, I usually received the daily mails to my normal Inbox folder.

I realized that if I do not have any upcoming tasks, then I won't get any mails, which is a cool feature! :)

I will try to re-subscribe and will let You know how it is after that.
