How do I connect with Outlook?


I read the question and answer to the recent inquiry by another user and did the steps that were suggested; however, I am still not interfacing with outlook. Do you have any suggestions? This is the reason I purchased the premium version. Thanks

Hello William,

please clarify - what issue are you experiencing with the Outlook plugin? Can you see the Todoist pane on the right side? If so - what do you see within it? Are there any error messages?

Also, please tell me:
- Which version of Internet Explorer is installed on your computer?
- Which version of Outlook are you using?

Nothing shows regarding Todoist on Outlook.
I am using Internet Explorer Version 8.
I am using Outlook 2007.

please go to Outlook's Options -> Trust Center -> Add-ins, click on the "Go" button next to the "COM Add-ins" drop-down menu at the bottom and check the box next to OutlookTodoist on the list on plugins you'll see.

If OutlookTodoist isn't on the list, go to your system's Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and check if it's listed there (should be listed under the same name).

If it's not, try to install it again by saving the installer file on your hard drive, right-clicking on it and choosing "Run as Administrator".
