Problem loosing tasks

JC

Hi,
It seems that I have lost a large number of tasks that I have entered over the last few days.
It seems that content in some projects has shuffled and tasks have disappeared.

What can be the problem? And can those tasks be recovered in some way?
Loosing tasks is a big risk for me.

Regards,
Jeroen

Hello Jeroen,

please replace the v=55 within the address bar with v=54. The page should reload and forward you back to v=55 forcing a re-read of your data.

If this won't help, please log out of Todoist, clear your browser cache and offline storage data, reload the browser and log back in directly through todoist.com (not through a bookmark pointing to a different address).

If this won't help either, please try to use a different browser or your browser's non-cached mode (Incognito in Chrome - Ctrl+Shift+N or Private Browsing in Firefox - Ctrl+Shift+P).

Best regards,
David

Thanks, the tasks seem to have automagically reappeared. They reappeared in the wrong place, but at least I did not loose them.

I am now reshuffling them.

It seems that there is some weird stuff going on when you make subtasks and rearrange them.

Jeroen
