Todoist mobile version is not syncing with my Ipad or andriod device

I'm updating tasks on my ipad and it is not syncing with the web version. Then when I updated the task in the web version they didn't sync back to my ipad or phone.

Hello Matthew,

I've been able to partially reproduce this issue. It seems to occur only upon changing an existing task.

Please confirm - can you reproduce this issue when adding a new task or only when updating a task?

When I add a new task it syncs. When I update an existing task it does not sync.

It's still not working. When I update anything on an existing task (ie: date or description) it doesn't change it on my ipad or andriod. I even have logged into the full site on both and it isn't updated on it either. I currently have 4 tasks due today on my web browser and anything else I log into shows 14 tasks due today.

please tell me:
- Does this issue also occur when changing due dates (if so - can you see the due date when you edit a task on the http://todoist.com/m site)?
- Does clearing the cache and offline storage in your mobile browsers fix this issue?

I had to delete and remake the tasks I updated earlier today. For some reason I couldn't get them to sync properly. Now that I recreated them they are syncing fine. Thanks.

I have problem to. It doesn´t sync between my laptop and my pc.
Have to start over prioriting on my laptop.

Hello Fredrik,

please log out of Todoist in both your PC and your laptop, clear both browsers' cache and offline storage data, reload the browsers and then log back in.

Try to create a new test task on your PC, then refresh the page on your laptop and let me know if the issue persists.
