Due Date last day of month every three months

How do I add a recurring due date that is the last day of month every three months? i.e. quarterly taxes are due the last day of the month beginning in April.

Hello Susie,

unfortunately, it's not possible to set such due date, but we will consider adding more advanced date formats in the future. You're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/22/

For now, as a workaround, you could set up a task due:

every 91 days starting 30. Apr 2012

However, it might become inaccurate after a while due to the changes in the amount of days each month has, therefore, the best solution would be to set up 4 tasks with the same name (so they will always describe the same action you have to take, like "pay taxes", for example), but set each of them to the appropriate last day of the particular month. According to your example, that would be:

every 30 Apr
every 31 Jul
every 31 Oct
every 31 Jan

Once you check off the upcoming task due July 31st, the task itself will become due Jul 31st, 2013, however, when you look at your weekly overview by the end of October, the one due Oct 31st will be displayed.

Best regards,
