Why is it I can't see any of the tasks I have stored on your site. I see the number of tasks, but I can't see any of them.


Is there an option that I can get them to store elsewhere, or are they gone for good?

Actually, here is the solution. I logged out.
Cleared the cache.

In Windows.
Go to START and type in cmd
In the command prompt type in ipconfig /flushdns
You should get a message saying that your DNS cache is cleared.
Now log back in to todoist and everything will be there.

none of your tasks are gone. Please log out of Todoist, clear your browser's cache, offline storage and application data, reload your browser and go directly to todoist.com (type the address to make sure that a bookmark isn't pointing to an older version of the app) and log back in.

we're glad you've found the solution. Please note that it shouldn't be necessary to flush the DNS cache.
