I've got the Quick Access add-on for Firefox, and when I add tasks on the webpage or on my iPad, when I open the Quick Assess these new tasks don't show up. Doesn't it synch?
please clear Firefox's cache, restart the browser and then try to access the Todoist for Firefox plugin. Also, try to right-click in an empty space within it and choose "Reload".
If this won't help either, go to Firefox's Options -> Network -> Advanced, remove todoist.com from the list of sites storing offline data, then access todoist.com and Allow it to store offline data (try this also if todoist.com wasn't listed).
Also, make sure that when you access Todoist.com from your iPad or on the webpage, the version number v=50 is displayed within the browser's address bar.
I am getting a similar issue.
It is not Firefox as opening todoist in a web page in Firefox is up to date. But the Firefox plugin doesn't update it's content and there is no magical button to tell it to in the plugin.
The only way to have it update was to click the "Logout" button and log in again (in the plugin)
Ok I just found the right click menu in the plugin that offers "Reload" and "Logout"
Hitting the reload worked.
On a side note, how does one find their own posts in this Support > Questions area?
we're glad you've found the solution. We will roll out an update allowing auto-refresh of all Todoist windows upon any change in the future which should fix this issue permanently.
