+ Add Question

Plug in for Outlook 2010.


I have downloaded plug in for Outlook 2010 running on Win 7 64bit. Software installs fine but nothing appears in Outlook.

Hello Mike,

please go to Outlook's Options -> Add-ins, at the bottom of this window, click "Go" next to the "COM Add-ins" drop-down menu and you'll see a list of all plugins with check boxes next to them. Check the box next to OutlookTodoist and the plugin window should appear on the right side.

If it won't please go to your system's Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and check if "OutlookTodoist" is on the list.

I have done all this, and all I get is the "Please Upgrade your..." message. Any other thoughts?

Please tell me:
- Can you access todoist.com directly through IE?
- Can you access this site: http://todoist.com/?mini=1 directly through IE?

If you can, try to either log out if you're logged in or vice-versa and see if it has any affect on the Outlook plugin (please reload Outlook after each try).
