Keeping my inbox down to zero...


is my daily policy. But, if I do that by using the Add email as task and then moving the email (dont need it in my inbox anymore, I have it on my todo list), it seems I cannot open the link to the emial anymore, defeating the purpose. Any suggestions for a workaround?

Hello Debbie,

please try to move the email first and then add it to Todoist from the new location and let us know if this solves the issue.
