I applied the Outlook Download but I do not see Todoist in Outlook?


Am I missing a step? I tried downloading again and it said it was already downloaded, so not sure what I am missing.

Hello Sandy,

please tell me - If you go to your system's Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs, do you see OutlookTodoist on the list of installed applications?

If you do, please go to Outlook's Options -> Add-ins, click on the "Go" button next to the "COM Add-Ins" drop-down menu and check the box next to "OutlookTodoist" on this list.

If this won't help, please tell me:
- Which version of Outlook and what operating system are you using?
- Are you the only user on your computer with full administrative rights?
- Have you installed it by right-clicking on the installer file and choosing "Run as Administrator"?

Hi David -

It was already checked on the COM Add-Ins box but I noticed it said load on start up and realized I had not restarted Outlook after installing (duh) and now it works beautifully - thanks!
