Error encountered: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getUncompletedItems'

BJ

Just got this error when I opened todoist.com in Firefox:

Error encountered: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//WE3//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN"> <title>400 Bad Request</title> <h1>Bad Request</h1> Unknown error happened: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getUncompletedItems'

I closed Firefox and opened it again a few seconds later. I browsed to todoist.com and got the same error message.

Hello Brett,

please tell me:
- Are you still experiencing this issue?
- Are you always logged into Todoist?
- Does clearing the cache solve this issue?
- Can you reproduce it in a different browser?

Best regards,
David

I didn't get the error at work, but I got it again at home. But I figured out the cause of the problem: my Todoist.com link here included a project number in the URL! I changed my link so goes straight to http://www.todoist.com and the problem went away.

Thank you for your fast reply though!
