Outlook Plugin Does not appear


Hi Support

Currently running Outlook 2007. My ToDo plugin did appear on the right of my Outlook desktop application. I also had the option to add mail to Todoist for follow-up.

I no longer see the ToDoist plugin ?

How do I reactivate the Plugin ?

Hello Vikash,

unfortunately, there is a small glitch in our plugin which may cause it to occasionally deactivate itself.

In order to reactivate it, please go to the Trust Center (in the Tools menu), go to the Add-ins tab, at the bottom of this window you should see "COM Add-ins" selected from a drop-down menu and a "Go" button next to it. Press the "Go" button and you'll see a list of your plugins with check boxes next to them. Tick the check box next to the Todoist plugin and it should reappear.
