Todoist Outlook doesn't log


The add-in for outlook opens with the program. Then asks for the user and password, but after this, it begin to load but doesn't load. It keeps loading, loading, loading... but no loading.
Solution please?

Hello Marta,

please try to access this page: http://todoist.com/?mini=1 through Internet Explorer and let me know if you can log in through there.

Aside from that, try to clear Internet Explorer's cache and its SSL state (the SSL state can be cleared through Internet Options -> Content).

Also, please tell me:
- Which version of Outlook are you using?
- Which version of Internet Explorer is installed on your system?
- Which operating system are you using?
