Recurring tasks first of the month

K

When I put in "every first day" for the tasks I have that must be done on the first day of every month, todoist instead showed the next due date as June 5th, rather than June 1st. What do I need to put in the date field to ensure the task will show up the first day of every month? Thanks.

Hello Kara,

to set up a task due every first day of the month please use the following date format: "every 1" or, alternatively: "ev 1"

Best regards,
David

Is there a way to setup a recurring appointment 4 days before the first of every month?
(for paying rent? sending out payments etc)

Chris,

At this time it would not be possible. You can use "every 10" which is every 10th of the month, or any combination of that, or you can enter the exact dates, but there is not one designed for 4 days before the first.

Regards,
Brendon.
