Hello Alison,

please make sure you don't have any ad- or scrip-blocking plugins installed in your browser and that JavaScript is enabled and clear your browser's cache.

Also, please tell me - which browser are you using?

Best regards,
David

Hello Alison,

please open your browser, use the Ctrl+Shift+N key combination to open a new "incognito window" (or choose "New incognito window" from the options) and log into todoist.com through this new window.

If you'll be able to add new projects this way, please go to Settings -> Under the Hood -> Content settings and make sure JavaScript is set to "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)" then click on the "All cookies and site data" button, search for todoist and remove it from the list.

If none of this helps, choose "Clear browsing data" from the Tools menu, make sure "Empty the cache" is checked and "the beginning of time" chosen from the drop-down menu.

Best regards,
David

Alison,

the Settings are an option from the drop-down menu accessible through clicking on the icon in the top-right corner.

Alternatively, you can type about:settings in the address bar where you usually type the addresses of the websites you want to visit.

Best regards,
David

Alison,

the incognito mode is a separate window which you can close just as you close your browser and when you re-launch Chrome, it will open a regular window by default.

Best regards,
David
