Todoist in Outlook


Todoist icon and window disappeared from Outlook. How do I get it back? Is this a common occurence?

Hello Pfutterman,

this is a rare issue some users experience occasionally and we are trying to reproduce this issue in order to fix it in future revisions of our software.

Please go to Options -> Add-ins, click on the "Go" button at the bottom of this window (next to the "COM Add-ins" drop-down menu) and check the box next to "OutlookTodoist".

If you're using Outlook 2007, it should be in the Trust Center.

Also, in order to help us reproducing this issue, please tell me:
- Which version of Outlook are you using?
- Which operating system are you using?
- When you click on "OutlookTodoist", what location is displayed at the bottom of this window (for example - file:///C:/... etc.)?
- Does it say "Load at startup" below the location?
