I also can access the address you suggested via Internet Explorer. I need to correct what I said earlier. the error message read "bad request" not bad web page. my bad.

please try to remove the Todoist plugin through the Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (should be listed as OutlookTodoist), re-download it from here: http://todoist.com/outlook and reinstall it.

If this doesn't help, please try to disable the speech recognition software/plugin you've recently installed to see if it helps.

As for the "reload" option. Do you see a context menu when you right-click within the plugin window? Does it have any option to reload the page or "refresh" or "frame -> reload this frame"? If it has a "view page info" option, could you please post the address/URL it shows?
