Outlook Add-In Not Working with Office 2007
When the add-in is working, it asks me to log-in every time -- is that normal?
Most of the time,however, it is not running. I see the toolbar but not the sidebar. It Microsoft Trust Center it says the add-in is running. How do I get the side bar to appear?
please tell me - when you go to the Trust Center and at the bottom of this window click "Go" next to "COM Add-ins", is the box next to the Todoist plugin name checked? If not - please check it.
As for the login issue, please open Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options and:
- in the Security tab, click on "Trusted sites" -> Sites and add todoist.com on the list,
- in the Privacy tab, also add todoist.com on the list of sites (and set it to Allow),
- in the Privacy tab, click "Advanced", then check the "Override automatic cookie handling" box and set both first- and third-party cookies to "Accept".

Yes, I checked the box last week when I was having the same problem and it still checked.
I think I just stumbled upon the answer -- Under View, there is now a "todoist" line underneath "Reading Pane" and I had to check it. I must have missed that before.
Also, the IE settings above fixed the login problem.
