there was a short 72 hour promotional offer of a annual subscription for $14, but unfortunately it has ended a month ago and the price for an annual membership is back at $29 per year (less that $2.50 per month).
Did you send your current subscribers an email on this???
If not that isn't very nice or supportive of those who are supporting you. I understand that you wanted a time limit, however an email sent to current subscribers for the 72 hour promotional would have been a bit more ethical, and showed that you care about the people currently using the service.
I have to say this doesn't make me have a good feeling about your service.
everyone who has a Todoist account - free or Premium, has received an email notification about this promotion and every Premium member who subscribed within 6 months before we launched this promotion has automatically received a free 6 month extension of their membership.
Furthermore, we've posted this on all our social media channels:

Well then you did you part, and I didn't do mine. I'm surprised I didn't notice the email, but it happens. Good to know you behaved in an ethical manner. Now I can go back to being happy & impressed with ToDoist!
Thanks for setting the record straight :)
