Simple control of the Todoist window

Sometimes I am stymied by the simple problem of how to get the top of the todoist window available. Currently it is off the top of the window, so I cannot get to the menu features at the top of the window. The tutorials are great on full use of Todoist, but it is these simple basics that I am trying to master. Just simply how can I move the window down so that I can reach the top of it.

Hello Lee,

you should be able to see the menu in the top-right corner all the time even if you scroll to the bottom of the page. Unfortunately, there is no "back to top" option in Todoist yet so it's only possible to get there using the standard scrollbar or the PageUp key.

If for some reason, the top-right menu isn't dragged along as you scroll down or you don't see the scrollbar on the right when browsing todoist.com, please tell me:
- Which browser are you using?
- Do you have any ad- or script-blocking plugins installed?
- Are you accessing Todoist directly through the website or through a plugin (if so - which one)?

Best regards,

I am using Google Chrome, and the Todoist addon. Sometimes the top of the Todoist window IS accessible and sometimes it is not. I have not yet been able to isolate why or what is different. Possibly it is related to my commonly using my browser as a window rather than a full screen.

I can't reproduce this issue. The only situation in which the top menu is inaccessible is if you downsize your browser window and position it almost at the half size of the screen in which case the Todoist plugin expands to the top and the menu bar is not visible.

Please try to drag your browser either a bit to the bottom or to the top in which case the Todoist plugin would expand to the bottom allowing you to see it completely.

Please confirm if this solves the issue.

Best regards,
