when I tried to pay with paypal it wouldn't accept my payment. is there another way to upgrade?


I really love todoist! It is a great app!

Hello Eric,

unfortunately, all our payments are currently being processed by PayPal. Please tell me:
- Does using a different browser solve this issue?
- What happens exactly when you try to pay? Do you see an error message? If so - what does it say and at which point does it occur?
- Do you have a verified PayPal account? If so - do you have any funds uploaded in your account or a credit/debit card linked to it and verified?
