How do I change from a monthly to a yearly subscription?


Dear Todoist-Team,

I found your note that my monthly subscription is running out.

So this does mean I can wait till it is run out, and then subscribe to the yearly scheme?

Or do I have to cancel the monthly payment via paypal in any case?

Hello Chris,

unfortunately, we no longer accept monthly subscriptions. If you've subscribed earlier when it was part of our offer, you may continue to keep it, but if you want to use the annual payment option, please cancel your monthly subscription directly through PayPal:
