How do I delete a due date?

I've decided that a task is no longer important for the due date I set. How can I keep the task but delete the due date to "none" so I can set it later?

Hello Jeremiah,

in order to remove a task's due date, simply click on the task name, remove the date and save the changes by clicking "Save" or using the ENTER key as shown in this short video:

What about if I have a whole bunch of tasks, for which I want to remove the due date (all at once)?
No way to select them all and then 'Remove Due Date' entirely - I can only change it?
(using Todoist on Window, iOS and Android - will any of these do it?)

Currently, no there is on way to do this for more than one at a time.

Thanks Brendon,

Seems like a reasonable feature request -no?

Pretty basic need - like when a project ends unexpectedly or is assigned to someone else - and a whole bunch of tasks go away.
It doesn't even appear as though I can select them all and choose to Mark Complete as a group.
Would love to see a couple new options:
- on the multi-select menu (at the top of the list): "Mark Complete"
- on the "Change date" choices, above the calendar: "None" or a red-circle-with-diagonal-line-through-it symbol
