Can't open emails in Outlook from a task if they have been moved on a different machine

I have multiple machines that I use Outlook on against Exchange and have noticed the following bug.

Machine A
Create an email task
Click link, message opens

Machine B
Wait for task to appear in Todoist pane
Click link, message opens

Machine A
Move email to another folder
Clink link, message opens

Machine B
Make sure message move was processed
Click link, message does not open

It appears that the GUIDs for Outlook emails change slightly.

Here is an example of two different GUIDs for the same email

So it appears if the email is ever moved it can't be opened by Todoist again since the ItemID is changing.
