NO log in possible via iphone app


Hi - me again,

but the log in problem seems not have been one of the iOS ... Because in the morning i could log in, but in between i "was" somehow logged out and couldn't get in - and in any account - i have two accounts with todoist ...

So it seems to me it might be something like it was with todoist in the internet where the solution was to empty a cachebasket or so ...
(as far as i remember)

I deleted the app and loaded it anew - then the login worked. I logged in while in the WLAN - fine. I closed the WLAN while logged in - fine. I closed the app via double home click, long touch on the app icon => red minus sign, one click => Todoist was closed - log in => fine.

BUT: Then i did an ordinary "logout" at the end of the page - THEN the log in said: error! So i "closed" the app sign after double-home-click etc. - but it did not help: error!

Hope you can fast fix the bug ...

Hello Chris,

the best way to clear the app's cache and cookies is to remove and and re-install it.

If this doesn't help, please tell me:
- Are you connected to the internet when you're trying to log in?
- Does the error message say anything or does it just display "Error!"?

the 1.9 version of our iOS app is now available in the App Store http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/todoist/id476672770?ls=1&mt=8

It has been upgraded to PhoneGap 1.2.0 which should fix the issue with logging in on devices using iOS 4.x.

Please update your app and if you still experience any issues - let us know.
