can't launch Todoist from Firefox


I just signed up for the premium Todoist. I installed the plug-in on Firefox version 7.0.1 on my Apple MacBook Pro. When I enter my e-mail and password on the sidebar Todoist log-in area nothing happens. I read through the posts on the FAQ support area and cleared my history and cache. that didn't help.

Need advice. Thanks.

Hello Frank,

please go to the Firefox options -> Privacy settings, choose "Use custom settings for history" from the drop-down menu and make sure "Accept cookies from sites" as well as "Accept third-party cookies" are selected.

Also, please tell me:
- Do you have any ad- or script-blocking plugins installed?
- Can you log in directly through the website using Firefox?
- Did you also clear your cookies (along with your cache)?

Hi David,

Thanks for the help. I went to "Accept third-party cookies" and selected that option. My problem is solved. Todoist now accepts the log-in info.
