Web interface not working


When I access via web (http://todoist.com/m/) it does not work anymore.

It "hangs" and presents this message: "Loading... Please wait"

I'm sorry, but we are currently experiencing some issues with the new web interface causing the problem you've described.

Sorry for the inconvenience :(
The old interface located at: http://todoist.com/mold should still work, though.

In order to help us identify and fix this issue, please tell me:
- When exactly did it stop working for you?
- Did you make any changes in your account at the time you've noticed it doesn't work anymore (like - subscribing to Premium, changing email address, moving many tasks between projects etc.)?

It stopped working like 1 week ago. I didn't change anything.

we have released some updates/fixes for the mobile version. Please try to access the mobile interface located at http://todoist.com/m and let us know if the issue persist.

Please note that our mobile version is optimized for smartphones running on:
- iOS 4+,
- Android 2.1+,
- webOS 2 and
- BlackBerry 6.

That includes:
- 3GS,
- iPhone 4,
- iPad,
- Motorola Droid X,
- Motorola Droid 2,
- Samsung Galaxy S,
- HTC Incredible,
- HTC Evo,
- Palm Pre 2 and
- BlackBerry Torch

Hello Pedro,

please tell me:
- What phone type/model are you using?
- Which operating system are you using on your phone?
- Which browser are you using?
- Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies?

please try to create a new Todoist account with a different email account, add 1 project + 1 task and sign in through your phone to that new account.

If it won't work, then I'm afraid the only option for you would be to get a third-party app listed at the bottom of this page:

If it works, though and you will be able to log in to the new account, please let me know.

It can be downloaded for FREE. It's compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad (requires iOS 3.0 or later). Beside all standard Todoist's features, Todoist for iOS also includes OFFLINE SYNC.
