How can I pay you?

I have logged into my PayPal account, but I have no idea how to pay you… do I send payment to an email address?

I followed the upgrade link, but it just made me login and there's no request for payment.

Please help me get the upgraded features.

Hello Chelsea,

please go to Preferences -> Todoist Premium. There, you can click on the "Upgrade Now!" button and you will be redirected to a PayPal page, where you can either log in, if you already have a PayPal account or choose "I need to create a PayPal account" and fill out the form which will not only create a PayPal account for you, but also allow you to pay for your subscription using your credit card.

If you have a PayPal account you should be able to see a button saying "I agree and would like to subscribe" in the bottom-right corner.

Please note, in order to subscribe you must have a verified credit card associated with your PayPal account. We will soon introduce a different option to pay using a regular payment instead of a subscription-based payment, which should allow you to pay without a credit card.

Hello Chelsea,

you can now subscribe to a Premium membership without a credit card. To do so, please go to Preferences -> Todoist Premium and at the bottom of the page, you'll see this text:

"I don't have a credit card, can I still upgrade to premium?
Yes, click here to buy a yearly premium account without subscription. With this PayPal won't require a credit card."

Click on the "click here" link and you'll be able to use a regular payment instead of a subscription.

Hello,

When I click on the "click here" button in the ""I don't have a credit card..." paragraph, a pop-up message appears: "Please cancel your current subscription before upgrading." What's wrong?

For your information, this is what it is written in the "Todoist Premium" preferences table:

"Your Premium Membership expires on September 25, 2012. You trial period expires on October 10, 2011.

You are subscribed to Todoist Premium yearly plan."

Could you help me guys?

Hello Sylvain,

please clarify - have you subscribed recently for the Premium membership using the credit card and would like to pay in advance for another year or did you use the "I don't have a credit card" option before and would like to use it again?

Please note that we're currently accepting only 1-year payments and once a year has passed, you can then renew your membership for another year.

Hello,

No, I was in a trial period.

Since this morning, I can read this : "You are subscribed to Todoist Premium yearly plan.".

So, I assume that I succeed in the usage of a Paypal account, right?

Sylvain,

you don't need to re-subscribe after the trial period. If you don't cancel your subscription within these 14 days, it will continue throughout the year automatically.
