Some concerns

I use Todoist for three years now. And I think it's the most intuitive task manager out there.

However I have a some concerns:
It lacks a couple of features I really need.
- A good iPhone application. The ones in the Appstore don’t meet my needs.
The new mobile site looks good and has lots of features but it is to slow, even on wifi.

-A good reminder system.
I can’t get reminders on my mobile phone at the moment, which I can’t do without.
(See my post: http://todoist.com/Support/showQuestion/361/)

-Communication. I discover new features by accident, they are implemented without a decent system of letting your users know it is(will be) available.
(Some examples: the notes feature, the new mobile site, the calendar grid when selecting the due date)

I started using Remember The Milk because of the fore mentioned issues. But I don’t want to. It has the features that I want. But it isn’t as intuitive as you excellent app.

Can you address these issues?

I’m willing to pay a higher subscription fee if that is necessary!

Hello Goof,

thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it.

We are already working on an iPhone application and will introduce it soon. So far, the apps available in the store are all 3rd party solutions.

As for the reminders, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, we have addressed this issue to our SMS provider and are awaiting their response.

In order to follow the progress of any new features suggested by the Community, please go to our Votebox:

and under the search bar, you can click either "In progress" or "Completed" to see which of them are either currently in the making or have been implemented. Still, we will consider introducing an alternative way to announce current updates. In fact, this has also been suggested so feel free to cast your vote for this feature:

Again, thank you for your suggestions and sorry for the issues with reminders, as soon as we hear from our provider, we'll let you know.

Best regards,

Why should we have to vote for a "feature" that should be part of your basic online communications policy?

Just silly.

We are pleased to announce that the Todoist Mobile application for iOS is now available at the App Store: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/todoist/id476672770?ls=1&mt=8

It can be downloaded for FREE. It's compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad (requires iOS 3.0 or later). Beside all standard Todoist's features, Todoist for iOS also includes OFFLINE SYNC.

We will soon release the Android version as well and will notify you once it's been published.

Thank you for your patience and continued support, we hope this App will increase your productivity and provide a great extension for Todoist's functionality which we will continue to develop according to your suggestions and feature requests posted in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/

If you have any questions or suggestions for the improvement of this App or experience any issues with it, please post them in this thread: http://todoist.com/Support/showQuestion/720/
