todoist outlook plugin

I installed the plugin without any apparent issue and then exited and restarted Outlook. The Todoist app opens on the right hand side, BUT when i then try to login, nothing happens. I put in my email address and password and hit login and nothing happens. I deleted the plugin and then reinstalled it and the same thing happened. How do I get this plugin to work? Thank you.

Hello,

please tell me:
- Which Outlook version are you using?
- Which operating system are you using?

Please try to access Todoist directly through the website, sign in from there and do not sign out. Then open Outlook.

Thanks for responding. I am using Outlook 2007 with Windows XP, version 2002

I am logged in Todoist directly via the website. I logged out of Outlook and then back in. The plugin still does not work. It shows up on the right hand side of Outlook. It allows me to enter my email and password, but when I hit the login button there is a clicking sound and then nothing happens. There is not error message. No suggestion that my email address or password are wrong. In fact, my email address and password just sit there as though I had never hit the login button.

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue :(

We are aware of some bugs in this plugin (especially when working with Outlook 2010, though) and we're working on a new, updated release.

Please tell me, are you able to use the "sign up" button from the Outlook plugin (or any other link like "forgot password")?

Also, please check if you have this Todoist folder:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\OutlookTodoist\logs

the location may differ if you've installed Office on a different partition or in a custom folder, but there should be OutlookTodoist\logs in the Office12 folder. If it's not there create these folders manually.

Thanks. Yes, I am able to use the sign up and forgot password links. And, yes, I do have the todoist folder that you reference above. Any other thoughts?

Hello,

we have released a new version of the "Todoist for Outlook" add-in.

Please remove your current Outlook add-in by accessing the Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and deleting "OutlookTodoist", download the new application from:

http://todoist.com/outlook

and install it.

If you still experience any issues with the new version, please let us know.

I just downloaded the new Outlook plugin and I am not able to login into my todoist account. Basically when I login, i just get a "Loading" message and nothing happens.
