Project View - Show subprojects

I think would be nice if clicking on a project would show the tasks of the project as well as tasks of subprojects all on one page, but perhaps broken up into groups.

Hi there,

I really would love this feature, even if it was a premium only feature, its probably the one and only thing that annoys me about ToDoIst and stops me from going for a premium account.

In terms of how it should work.. I think it should work exactly like the "View All" projects list.. showing all projects at the parent level then all the tasks under each sub project level.

Happy to offer more thoughts here

Kind Regards
Tom Jackson

I just started using Todlist but because the sub-tasking function is exactly what I need but if I cannot click on my project and view all the tasks in my sub-projects (expandable/collapsible), it makes it very difficult for me to view an overall view of everything I have within that project. This is very important. Please implement this quickly.
Is there a vote button for this because I am placing my vote for it!

Another vote for this feature... Would love to see this.

In the meantime, is there a way to view a sub-set of projects by name?

Hello Patrick,

you can view the contents of each sub-project simply by accessing it from the menu on the left side, but unfortunately, it's not possible to query for specific projects. You can, however, use the "viewall" (or "va") query to display all your tasks in all projects.

Right, I understand that. I have many projects with their own sub-project. I'd like to be able to view just the one project...

Actually, I have it setup where I have one project for Work... One for Home... I'd like to click on the work project and have it show all the sub-project.

Yes, I know you can label these, but I feel it's one extra step that's not worth it.

Right now, I create tasks and subtasks.
