ToDoist for the iOS keeps telling me that I have the wrong email/password, but I know they're correct. I've even tried changing the password and that didn't help.
You are trying to sign in with Google, or you are using your Password/Email combination? Do you have the issue signing into the web version?

Please clarify - are you the original author of this thread? If so - you're logged into two different accounts.
If not, please clarify what issue are you experiencing exactly - can you also not log into our iOS app using the Google Login and have created your account with Google or do you have multiple accounts and one doesn't work?
I'm signing in with Google, which I used to create the account.
I have no problems with the web version.
If you sign in with your password/email combination instead does it still happen? You can add a password to your account by going to the settings page at Todoist.com (top right corner).
Signing in with Google requires an email and password as well.
My ToDoist account has a password--it's my Google account password.
Still no success.
That may be true, but the process of signing in (not using the Google one) is different. If you can try that, it may allow you to sign in for now.

Do you mean just using the Log In as opposed to Enter with Google Account?
As far as I know it uses the same email and password.
Log In also says it's the wrong email/password.
Please to go todoist.com and on the "Login" page, use the "Forgot password" feature. You'll get a password reset link and using it will allow you to set a separate password just for Todoist as accounts created with Google don't have a password.
Now, please try to use your Gmail address in combination with the newly set password on iOS (using manual non-Google login) and let us know if it works.
