iphone stopped syncing and I signed out and back in and lost everything


need help and am pissed, lost all on my phone, and it will not sync. my pc says it is in the offline mode and to force a sync, forcing does not work. cannot copy my list online also

We are experiencing server issues, your data should not be gone but isn't syncing. We hope to have a fix very soon.

Thanks for the quick reply. I noticed that my iphone said that I did not have a sync for over 12 hours. does that mean that the items that I put on my phone during that time are lost? I logged out as I had seen to do on support and when I finally logged back in, there is no list on my phone. I assume that the items that were on my iphone that did not get synced are gone forever correct?

Your data should not be lost, but we need to resolve the server issues first before we know anything. Though, data lose is almost impossible.

I'm having issues with my iPhone as well. I have a premium account. Any idea when the server issues are going to be resolved?
