Why don't my notes sync?


I have the Windows and iPad versions of Todoist and tried working through a browser as well.

I upgraded to the Premium version to use notes, but the notes don't sync. If I add notes in a browser, they will show in the browser, but not in Windows or the iPad. Similarly, if I add notes in the iPad, they appear in the iPad, but not in a browser or Windows. Finally, if I add notes in Windows, they appear there, but not in a browser or the iPad. In all cases, the task that has notes successfully syncs, it is just the task notes that don't.

Is there a solution to this problem?

Hi Chuck,

Please make sure you mare signing into the same account on all devices. To confirm this, as well as clearing some cache, please sign out and back in again.
