Can log in to iphone app



I just signed up and paid my premium account and downloaded the iphone app, however I can't log in. Yes, but details are correct.

I get the following error when trying to log in: "ERROR. Expected status code in (200-299), got 403."

I have iphone 4S with iOS 7.0.4

Please help.

Ok, so something is very wrong here...either it's me or my account or something, but I have tried the following, and all do not work:

1. Installed iphone app (iphone 4S with iOS 7.0.4), and get the error message in my original post.

2. Installed the Todoist Android app on my Google Nexus 7 tablet. After I log in and the app tries to sync, it crashes.

3. Installed the iphone app on my 1st Gen iPad with iOS 5.1.1. The App store said that Todoist app required iOS 7 but would install the latest compatible version of the Todoist app. When I log in, I get the following message: "Log in Failed. User is not logged in".

4. Tried to log in to the mobile web site (todoist.com/m). Can't log in there either. After I log in, the screen just cycles back to the login screen again. If I try to log in again, it just goes back to the login screen. The same thing happens with Chrome browser on iOS and Android, as well as Safari on iOS.

So, at the moment all I can do is log in to the desktop web app - no mobile apps work. Someone please help as this is clearly not a useable scenario.

Hello David,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce any of these issues. I successfully managed to log in on multiple platforms and accounts.

Please tell me:
- Are you logging in using the "Log in with Google Account" option and has your account been created this way as well?
- If so, are you logged into the correct Google Account when you attempt to log in?
- Are you behind any corporate WiFi networks with firewalls, proxies or a VPN server?
- How many tasks do you have on your account approximately? More than 100? More than 1000?

Hi David

Thanks for the reply. I've fixed the problem. I generated another API code in the settings of the Web app and it fixed the issue. The API code was previously blank.

All good now. Working on all mobile platforms.
