Upgrade Issue with App Store


I tried to upgrade to Premium via the Apple App Store. The transaction is showing pending with my credit card company however it has not unlocked any features.

When I try to upgrade to Premium it states, "You've aleady purchased this In-App Purchase but it hasn't been downloaded."

It does not give me any further information.

I have logged in and out without luck. It does not show it under my subscriptions with the App Store.

Is there a restore subscription link I am missing?

Hello Glen,

Please send us the receipt you've got from the App Store to david@doist.io and brendon@doist.io and we'll upgrade your account manually.

Also, please note that the payment method used to pay for Premium will not affect the platforms on which you'll have Premium so even if you would pay directly through our site at Todoist.com you would have Premium across all platforms.

I just went back into the iPhone app and it requested my password. Afterwards it successfully setup my account as premium.

I appreciate your prompt response. I have tried many task management tools and by far I have enjoyed this one the most.
