Boolean operator "or" "|" not working

Reading this forum I realised that some boolean operators are not properly working on iOS.

I came here after spending +1 hour trying to figure this out inside the app and comparing with the web, trying different searches, etc...

This non-operability is stated nowhere in the help for filters. Can you please let us know before hand next time to avoid time waste?

Thank you.

Hello José,

We're very sorry for the inconvenience, we're working on implementing full support for boolean operators into our iOS app now, they will be available in next updates.

Best regards,

Any news on this? It's really frustrating to see that I still can't really use Todoist on my iPad. As soon as you start using Todoist seriously you need filters, and hence... no iPad or iPhone.

Pls. let me know how serious you are addressing this issue, since i want to know whether Todoist remains my main task planning tool or not.

It is something we are working on, but we do not have an ETA for fixes and releases. We are sorry for the delay.
