wrong dates on iPhone
recurring tasks get the wrong date on iPhone
- each 1 of a month -> on iPhone ist shows
2. Nov. @ 0:59
- each week ->
one day later @ 0:59
I think it has something to do with timezone. Any idea how to change this?
Unfortunately, neither of the dates you use is supported.
To set a task for each first day of the month, please enter "every 1" or shorter - "ev 1". A date "each week" is not supported at all, you can use either "every Monday", "every Tuesday" etc. or "every 7 days", "ev 7 days starting Wed", for example.
Aside from that, we're aware of a certain temporary issue when setting a task to a day now that's outside of the soon ending Daylight Savings Time zone, we're looking into it now.
I'm sorry that I have not been clear enough.
I use the correct syntax like every 1 or every monday.
It also works fine. It's only about the date on iPhone then being
2nd or tuesday (@ 0:59)
Thank you for clarifying, we're looking into this now.
Any update as my ipad is showing the same fault. I changed time zones by one hour from London to Zurich and all my entries moved a day and have a time due set at 0.59 when there was none before. I can't change them either! This is very bad.
Are you updated to the latest version of our app? There has been many changes since the last post on this thread. Also, make sure that all devices/locations you are using Todoist are on the same timezone.
As per my response on another thread, changed the time zone on the website and things seem to have sorted but my Android phone also moved everything by a day.
