Reminder function with iPhone Sync

Dear Todoist Team,

I've upgraded my account on Oct 17th, and found out that only my iPad Mini is registered as the device I have. But actually I have iPad mini (already registered), iPhone 5, and Windows 7 application. How can I register my iPhone as another device which I would like to receive notification by syncing the data? Thanks!

Hello Jun,

Please try to delete the iOS app, reinstall it, then log in through it making sure you use the same login credentials and method and add one new task to it and sync.

Please confirm, you have uninstalled and re-installed Todoist on your iPhone and still does not show within the list of devices?

Please try uninstalling all apps on all mobile devices, within the Settings on Todoist.com, remove all devices listed. Then reinstall the app.
