Where are your tutorials?

I downloaded Todoist out of curiosity after reading a favourable review. (I am a Todo Pro user.). So far I'm very impressed with one caveat. I can find no link to a help page on the iPad app. I opened Todoist on my iPad browser and it opened with my tasks all in place - very impressive but where is the link to your tutorials?
Then I found this email, included below. Great, just the link I've been looking for! But, in fact, the link below that says it leads to your help page just opens as my tasks, whether I click it or copy and paste it. I found my way to your support but that's just a list of questions with no link to tutorials.
Even the button for more information on your home/sales page just opens as my tasks!
Can you help me? I have read that Todoist can do great things but with no way to your tutorials, I might as well go back to Appigo.
Many thanks,

Lesley Moss

Hello Lesley,

Please clarify - have you tried to click these links through a desktop computer or only on your iPad?

I can confirm that the #info_page link shows the correct help page (the one you can access by clicking on the question mark in the top-right corner). However, trying to access todoist.com through a mobile device will redirect you to a special mobile site.

We strongly recommend to use our mobile apps instead, we have an awesome iPad app which you can get for free from https://todoist.com/ipad it has useful tooltips that will guide you through it and help you discover all Todoist's features.

If you prefer to use the full web-version on your iPad, please access it through http://todoist.com/m/forceRegular - this link will force the load of the fill version on mobile devices and you can use the question mark icon to access the help page there.

Best regards,

I just followed your directions as you instructed Lesley because my frustration is exactly hers - I have downloaded todoist and have been using it and have recently hit snags of entering subprojects to the right place or reorganizing them and I can't find anywhere that you have printed support. All I got from https://todoist.com/ipad is the chance to download todoist again which I already have - I am trying to use it but there seems to be no instruction.

We're sorry to hear that. You can find our help pages at https://todoist.com when you log into your account and then click on the question mark icon in the top-right corner.

It indeed doesn't fully explain all features in the mobile apps. We've implemented a tooltip system into it that will guide you through all its functionality when you use the app for the first time until you either perform the guided actions or tap on the tooltips. We're going to create an in-depth documentation for all our apps in the future, though.

As for projects/sub-projects. to manage them, please tap on the pencil icon at the top when in the project view (as guided) and once you're in the edit mode, you can simply drag & drop them to place them whenever you want. If you edit a single project's properties, you can set its indent level.

It would have been best if you had just acknowledged that a complete manual does not exist prior to my spending an hour looking...and after I had already purchased the upgraded version. I eagerly await its publication.

Where are the tutorials? I don't want to waste a ton of time trying to learn a new system, but want to be guided through it.
