Can you please provide (in the form of a comprehensive bullet list the steps to integrate todoist and Outlook?
I notice you are posting in the Apple related section of our support forum, if you are referring to the Outlook For Mac application, unfortunately we do not support it at this time.
- Download Todoist For Outlook
For Outlook on Windows, please download this updated unreleased version (has some bug fixes) from here : https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/27d69392edce0cbd2d7128b9c74d070d/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe
- Make sure Outlook is closed
- Run Todoist installer by double clicking the EXE file
- Follow onscreen instructions from the installer
At that point, Todoist should be installed within Outlook. If it is not, there are steps that can be taken, but I would need to know which version of Outlook you are running so I can give the correct information.
