Issue with sync in iPhone/logging or I don't know


Hi there!
I've just upgrade my account to premium from my iPad... then I downloaded the mac version and then the iPhone version.

I have no problem syncing between iPad and desktop versions, but the iPhone doesn't shows any tasks, it seems like to be logged in to and empty account... I doubled check my credentials and reinstalled the app and same thing... what can I do?

Hello Akhenaton,

Please make sure that not only your credentials are correct, but also that you're using the same login method on all devices - either manual login everywhere or Google Login everywhere.

If this won't help, try to pull down your task or project list or the left pane to force a sync.

Thanks for the reply... I can login now maybe was a cloud/connection bug... because suddenly all my tasks appeared...

(By the way: GREAT APP after just 30 minutes of trying it I upgraded to premium ;)
