Hello Wilbert,

Please try to delete and then reinstall the app and if the issue persists, please clarify - how are you trying to edit the task? Its name, due date, project, priority? What are the exact properties of the task before you edit it, which ones do you change and what happens exactly when you do and at which point does the app crash? When you start editing, during editing or upon saving the changes?

Best regards,
David

Hi David,

I just deleted and re-installed, the crashing persist.
When you have a task, you can click on it, it shows a menu with four options, one of them is "edit". When I click edit, the app crash.

Best regards,
- Wilbert.

Wilbert,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue. Please tell me - what are the exact properties of the task that you're trying to edit and whether this issue occurs with absolutely every task or just some? Also, from what view are you trying to edit the task? A search result, filter, within a project?

Best regards,
David

Could you please tell me which iOS version you are currently running? Are there any messages when it crashes?

Thanks,

Brendon,

I am running 6.1.2
No message is displayed before crash; but when you open it again it says "data conflict detection". Hope this can help to solve the problem.

PD: Before I update the app, this was not happen.

Hi Wilbert,

If you are able to update your iOS device to 6.1.3 or later, could you please do that. Before that, un-install the app once more. Once you are updated to the latest iOS version, re-install the app.

Please let me know if this solves the issue. Unfortunately, we are un-able to reproduce this ourselves, please give this a try.

Thanks,
Brendon.

Brendon,

I can not update to 6.1.3, because I have a jailbroke iphone. I will try deleting the spanish app and install an english one, in order to see if the issue is fix it.

I do not remember if I was using the english app, before the lastest update.
