Push Notifications Not Working

I have changed phones and now my push notifications are not working on any of my reminders. When I send a test reminder through the app settings it is working however.

Please get back to me with a means to fix the missing push notifications.

Hi Sean,

It appears that we are having issues with this, as there have been a few reports of this issue.

Please tell me, which version of Android are you running? Did you recently create your account or is it old?

If you uninstall the app, clear any devices under Todoist.com's Settings, Devices, and re-install, does it work again?

I'm having this issue as well... I'm not receiving push notifications for any reminders but the test notification from the website works fine.

Android 4.4.2
Todoist 2.1.3

I created my account on January 7th of this year and I installed the application before becoming a Premium member.

I've tried logging out of the application and then back in but that didn't resolve.

I haven't tried the steps you outlined but I'll let you know when I do.

Side note, I'm not receiving reminder notifications on my iPad either.

I performed the uninstall, clear device, and re-install late last night.

This morning there were a few todos with a date/time set that I didn't receive a notification for but in the middle of the day I started receiving notifications for the first time.

Interestingly, I started receiving notifications on my iPad too.

But, all is good here now! Thank you Brendan.
