Change task to project/sub-project

Any way to change an existing task (with sub-tasks) to a project/ sub-project with tasks?
Tasks doesn't show up on the mobile app if you want to quickly add something, so when I want to add a sub-task under a specific task,I need to add it as a normal task and then re-arrange it afterwards. (Which can be a pain in the butt :)

So my request is to either be able to choose a tasks and add a sub-task easily, or to be able to change some tasks to projects so I can see and add under them while on-the-go.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to convert a task /sub-task structure to a project with tasks in it.

However, you can easily add a task in the exact spot below an existing task. To do so, simply enter the project in which you want to add it, then tap on the reference task and then use the 3-dot "more" icon in the bottom-right corner where you'll find the:
- Add task below
- Add task above
- Add sub-task
